This is another art trade between me and 
to which he wanted me to draw a pic of his Animaniacs fan character named Wally Wolf, who is suppose to be the grandson of Slappy Squirrel's rival Walter Wolf.
And yes the character is hispanic (actually part hispanic part American) And for those of you that don't know what "La Escuela" means, it means school. So in a way this is kind of a back to school theme.
